We built an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a pizza oven. We were thinking of designing it ourselves, but then we found BBQ Outlet. From the first moment, the experience was outstanding. Dylan was masterful at helping us design the kitchen and pick the right appliances. He's extremely knowledgeable. He is not "selling" but helping you decide. He came to our house to help finish the design and do a reconnaissance of the space. Lisa, on the production side, was also excellent and helped coordinate the process. The two technicians who came to the house to do the installation were excellent as well. All in all, a very professional experience. The only thing I would change is that they were able to do a smooth stucco on it (the do a texture one that we don't like, so we had to hire a separate person to do it). Also, they don't offer polished concrete as a counter option. Highly recommend Dylan!

Went in on a Friday and had an outstanding experience with BBQ Grill Outlet. I highly recommend asking for Dylan. From the very first conversation, Dylan's knowledge was obvious. He took the time to understand the space and what was wanted out of an outdoor kitchen. Dylan was incredibly helpful in both the design and execution of the outdoor island. He walked through grill options, layout considerations, materials, and functionality, making the entire process easier. His attention to detail and practical suggestions showed in the final result beyond what I originally envisioned. Highly recommend going through Dylan with BBQ grill outlet.

I purchased a complete outdoor kitchen (appliances, cabinets/drawers, and custom base) and have been very happy with BBQ Grill Outlet. You can get the same products from many places, but the service and people really set them apart. From sales (John R), to delivery/support (Lisa V), to the delivery guys, and the installers (Jose and Christian) - everyone has been professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Fantastic!

Updated review: Spoke with John and he suggested that we return to wrong cabinet they had sent us and for us to pay the difference for a new cabinet with the proper propane tank pull drawer. He ordered the new cabinet and it arrived in one week. So now all is good. We did not end up having to pay the restocking fee since we did not order the wrong cabinet when the invoice clearly stated the first cabinet was for propane tank which did not fit one.

We ordered approximately $5000 worth of stainless steel drawers and cabinets plus a flat top and bbq grill for our outdoor kitchen. The service from John started out very well. However, when the merchandise were picked up by our contractor who built our outdoor kitchen, we found out that one of the drawer & trash/propane storage set was incorrect. The propane does not fit in the storage because the door is too narrow. The invoice clearly marked drawer with trash/propane storage which cost around $650. When we called John to rectify this problem, he first told us we would need a restocking fee of $135. Since this is NOT our fault we shouldn't have to pay any restocking fee. We have called John twice and emailed him 3 times, and all we were told was that he would contact the manufacturer. It's been over 10 days with 5 attempts of phone calls and email communication and we have not heard back. I hope John can resolve this issue. If he does, I will come back and amend this review.

We needed to replace our outdoor refrigerator. The salesman at the store was extremely helpful and (although we came in at closing time) he took a lot of time explaining our options. The refrigerator was delivered today and they took the old one. Carlos and Nick were on time, called us to let us know they were on their way and were extremely careful with both the delivery and removal. Have always had great service from them and today did not disappoint.

My girill came in earlier than they expected and called ito set up installation. Everyone was so pleasant and easy to work with. The installers were wonderful!! My measurements were not exact and they worked it out and installed it beautifully. I was so impressed and they didn't even charge me extra for the extra work. I highly recommend this company.

I wanted to get further than we did in the process so that I could write a great review, but we didn't get to the first step as John never took the time to work with us. 7/30/23- We visited the showroom in Miramar. This review gets 2 stars because the showroom was really nice! Lots of samples to explore, clean, and no pushy sales. We talked to John that day, he said to send over some pictures and would work up 2 quotes for a complete redo, or remodel our existing. I sent over the pictures while we were still in the showroom. 7/31/23 in the morning we got a reply from John saying he would send the pictures over to the remodel team. 7/31/23 afternoon my husband sent over the measurements. 8/7/23 I emailed checking in to see if he needed additional information- no response. 8/14/23 I emailed again checking in- received an email response on 8/15/23 asking for a call with additional questions. He needed dimensions again. 8/15/23 we emailed over the same dimensions from 7/31 along with a couple of questions. 8/28/23 I emailed again checking in. John returned an email immediately asking for a call and pictures? 8/28/23 we sent the email with the same pictures/dimensions January 2024 Still waiting for a response :( It was probably too small of a job, which we would have understood. At least let folks know!

I had to stop eating and write this review. The greens are tender and full of flavor, the cole slaw is perfect, the whole wings are delicious and hot. If you like spicy try the mysterious bbq sauce…fire plus the regular sauce is too. Come support. Come enjoy and bring the family!

I purchased an island, a barbecue insert, a two burner insert, and a blaze refrigerator from the barbecue grill outlet about two years ago. The service was good at the time, and I love my barbecue set up. Having said that, my refrigerator went out after only two years and as I reached out to barbecue grill outlet for assistance to either purchase another one at their cost (recognizing it was out of warranty, but should they really make additional profit from me?) or to help me to get the one I purchased fixed through the manufacturer Blaze or otherwise. Unfortunately, the answer was sorry, you're past your 1 yr warranty and we can't help you. I tried several appliance repair places and none of them would repair the mini fridge. Out of frustration I called Blaze customer service. This should've actually been my first call because not only was their customer service one of the best I've been in contact with, they sent me replacement parts free of charge and then followed up to make sure that everything worked OK. I did the repair myself, and it was easy. Blaze was AMAZING!!!Huge miss for barbecue grill outlet. After spending so much money there, their only answer was go figure it out yourself or buy a new one from us at retail price. and by the way, there are a very limited number of mini fridges that fit the dimension of the island I purchased from them.
