Jim was very helpful. I called and he was with a client. He took my # and called back. During our discussion I let him know I wanted to see if we could fix our current bbq. He gave me 2 #s and Antonio was able to come out and fix our BBQ. I appreciate the referral especially and BBQ Grill Outlet sells bbqs vs repairs. When we purchase a new BBQ we'll certainly head to BBQ Grill Outlet and let others know they have integrity which is nice in today's world.

I'm happy to give them a 5 star review!! Jim & Tony were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing our prefab fireplace and having it delivered. When our contractor was putting it together, we thought there might have been some damage with the fireplace. As opposed to taking their time and putting us off, they were really on top of it, communicating with all the right people to make sure everything was OK. In the end, it all worked out and we are very happy with our beautiful fireplace. I would recommend barbecue outlet!

I went to showrooms in Santa Ana and San Juan Cap. Both were great and everyone was very helpful. Jim in SJC was great and had good ideas and gave good options based on my budget. Jose and Nick with installation team were true PROS and really cared about the small stuff. They wanted everything to be perfect.

These guys are great. Bought a BBQ island from them. It was built to my specifications. Looks great. Also had to move my BBQ to the side of the island. Jose and Nick did a great job with the installation. Very courteous and helpful. Thanks BBQ outlet.
