My car battery was on its last legs, so my uncle advised me to go to BBL Batteries and get it tested. They checked it on the computer and it came up red, so I asked if I could get a new one fitted today. They said yes, and I’m so glad I went ahead.
Chris, the person who changed the battery, was amazing ,so friendly, chatted with me, cracked a few jokes, and made the whole experience easy. It would be lovely if all sales assistants were like him.

He gave me a great price and the battery was in stock and ready to go. I even spent extra on a PV Logic 8W-12V Fold-up Solar Battery Maintainer, also at a great price.

These guys are just so great. Knowledgeable and helpful. They have helped me with fencer and bike batteries. Everytime they have put the meter on the old battery and explained its state. First port of call for any batteries.

Excellent service , tested my battery and the battery was no good so replaced it with a new one.

Called in last week to test my wife’s mobility scooter batteries and received excellent service from testing batteries to fitting new ones cannot fault service and friendly staff.

Absolutely first class customer service! From an initial phone call late afternoon one day, to calling in person to buy 2 x leisure batteries for our VW Campervan the next day. Had a caravan battery fail on me after two years (when under load with the mover it just could not handle it) and searched the internet for a replacement. Came across this company which sold the exact match, lots of other sites did not, so ordered one and used the normal delivery option rather than the next day. Under two days later it arrived! Thank you for such a great service!
Battery fitted and looks over 75% charged which was great. Charged for a while and then positioned the caravan on the drive correctly rather than just dumped!
Only other thing to really comment on was I had no notification that the battery was on it way or any tracking information sent to me. I checked my order under my account online and it just said "processing" even after it had been delivered. So maybe an area to look at.
Anyway thanks for the good price and prompt delivery. If I need another battery or battery related items I will return to you.
