I’d like to say a massive thank you to the blokes at the trade counter for theyre advice and patience with me. I built the off grid campervan of my dreams with theyre help. I am currently on my 6th week touring sunny Europe with a lovely daily recharge of my 200ah Avon lithium battery. Also getting reliable use of the Merlin inverter.
Its been a good investment so far as I’ve been regularly using it for almost 2 years now

Had an urgent breakdown at a customer site. Staff were knowledgeable, helpful and supplied relevant information quickly. Site had stock, which resolved our customers issues quickly. Didn’t know about BBL Batteries until today, however they are now on our radar.

Great service. Called into the shop for an unusual battery size. Called In and informed of battery that was required from info on old battery , a very friendly Matt had a look and had one !! We drove straight there and collected ! Price was fair and 200% cheeper than Amazon!!!
Great service will be using again !

What excellent customer service! Matt in Swindon goes above and beyond. My wife collected a battery for me last week, alas I ordered the wrong one (idiot). I went in with her today and Matt remembered the name on the invoice! Quick swap out to the right one and we're going good 👍. A big thank you to BBL Batteries. I'd been worrying about the reducing voltage on my van battery but a test from these guys and a discussion on the ancillary draws on it has (a) saved me money on getting a new battery at this current time, and (b) given me a better understanding of the demands being made on the battery. I'll certainly come back when I need a new battery.

Needed two hefty AGM batteries for my campervan tested. They weren’t up to much, so new ones required. They had them in stock at a competitive price. All good.
This is a proper battery business, with experienced staff …. what’s not to like.

Great place to change your battery, I didn't know exactly what battery I needed, but I called and Paul answered, he was very , very helpful and 30 min later I had a new battery at a Lower price than I searched anywhere online.

Had issue with lithium battery not charging with batt to batt charger. Dave Hill has gone above and beyond helping to identify where the issue was. I’d purchased both battery and charger from the Truro branch and like I said, Dave has done more than I’d expect to help sort out that it was the charger at fault. Would definitely recommend using this company to anyone looking for such items.
