I can’t possibly suggest this crew enough! My husband and I sauntered into their Waynesboro location on a whim (obviously it’s been something we’ve wanted though) and 16 days later had our new counters installed! They’re PERFECT! Kelsey was above and beyond helpful with not only everything counter related but even with helping me brainstorm cabinet colors to match our kitchen. She didn’t have to do that, but I’m so grateful she did! She also helped us stay just under the budget I wanted and not a penny over! The gentleman who did templating was awesome, and the team that installed our counters were perfect! I don’t have a single negative thing to say. Highly recommend!!!
Absolutely underwhelming experience. I met with Jamie and left with a bitter taste in my mouth. The address sent me to a location right next door and that is where the friction started. I had my husband call the rep to clarify the location. He searched through the emails and found the address at the bottom of Jamie’s email signature and wanted to make sure there was no error. He told her I had arrived at a storage warehouse and her answer was very sarcastic… “well we are a warehouse”. Then she said “we’re past the storage place” but offered not details as to how far passed they were or what the building/sign looked like. The google search was not helpful and tried redirecting me to a location 11 min away. So after my husband and I independently sorted it out with no help from Jamie, I arrived 20 minutes late. I entered the building to two women who remained seated and never stood to greet me or shake my hand. The meeting was even more awkward when she said “come put your stuff down” screaming across the show room, then retroactively telling me to walk back up front to fill out a walk in form. Even though I was an apt I had to fill out a walk in form. I expressed my concern about the poor user experience and I was essentially told the form was pointless. So like, why have me fill it out. Then, while looking at counter top samples she made me pull all the quartz slabs that I wanted to see. They are all heavy and she said “yea lift them and pull, don’t slide them, they are heavy.” If you know they are heavy, why aren’t you helping me? And then refusing to show me a counter top bc you think it’s out of my budget!? How insulting!!! I can’t believe she still works there. So disappointed.

We absolutely love our new quartz countertops from BBG. Khash Erdene was our sales representative and was really great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of countertops and helped us pick out something that would both look nice with our new cabinets and stay close to our budget. We were able to review the templates before installation and the quality of the work was excellent. We also appreciated how quickly Khash responded when we had questions or requests. Overall, working with Khash and BBG was a very good experience for us. Also, they have a beautiful new warehouse which offers an incredible display of their inventory.

My new countertops are gorgeous! This was not a full kitchen renovation. On my own, I only replaced my dated brown granite countertops with quartz. I also used the same quartz for a full backsplash. BBG was great to work with! Kelsey helped me pick the perfect quartz and walked with me every step of the way. Scheduling and communication was quick and easy. The men who came to my house for templating and installation were professional, helpful and full of advice. I am in love with my kitchen again and would highly recommend BBG!
BBG Granite Team did a wonderful job in helping me select the right countertops for my kitchen. It did not take that long from selecting the granite to the installation. More importantly, their men did an excellent job installing with precised measurements. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using BBG for your countertop needs. I was looking for a bathroom countertop and Michael was over the top helpful with info and guidance directing me to the best choice. We searched through lots of remnants that would work saving me money from buying a full slab. Process was straightforward and easy. The fab team even made recommended changes of the layout that we liked better. Install was prompt and flawless. Very professional by all.
