Working with Jim at Baystate was really terrific. My questions and/or concerns were always addressed promptly. The furniture guidance was extremely helpful. Jim and Dave came to our office space to take exact measurement to ensure everything we wanted to order would fit. Good thing, because the reception desk I wanted would have been too big for the space we had. Furniture delivery and setup was very efficient. Baystate was really easy to work with and offered a nice selection of furniture for our office needs. I would highly recommend them for your office needs based on my fabulous experience.

We have been working with Jim at Baystate Office Furniture for the past 8 years. I rated them 5 stars for service, quality, and expert knowledge of design for the space. We had a different vision for our conference room, but Jim came out to measure and made recommendations that are perfect. Also love that our furniture was made right here in Massachusetts! We have always been happy with the results, so they are our go-to choice for office furniture every time.

I purchased new furniture for a Lexington office site at Baystate Office Furniture. This was my first time furnishing a commercial space and I was overwhelmed with the job. We wanted a space that would be light, bright and cheerful – after all, much of our days are spent in the office. I came in to Bob’s office with a floor plan for the space and he helped me think through each of the work areas; equipping them with furniture that was visually pleasing, functional, and high-quality.
The biggest challenge was to complete the office within a tight budget, but Bob helped me make all the right choices. To make things more challenging, the company had visitors coming and needed everything in place for that visit. Bob coordinated with the leasing company and was able to have all of our furniture delivered and installed in time.
In the end, the office turned out to be a very contemporary, bright and pleasing space. And from its high-end appearance, you’d think we’d spent a lot more. All of Bob’s recommendations turned out to be great decisions. The chairs are extremely comfortable and the desks, panels, and file cabinets are all sturdy, well-built items.
I would highly recommend Baystate Office Furniture. Bob and his employees are professional, a pleasure to work with, and offer high-quality items at a great price. Additionally, Bob has a great eye for design and detail which is an added benefit! The office looks fantastic!!
