Had a sensitive tooth and went to an old dental clinic at the ground floor of Fu Tung shopping complex. Crude service, rushed and was only given a toothpaste as cure despite me telling the dentist the tooth is sensitive and I won't be able to chew any food. No X-Ray was done to find out the root cause. Found Bayside Dental the next day and made an appointment for the next day. Receptionist was very professional and helpful. Immediate confirmation of appointment was sent on WhatsApp. Saw Dr Chim the next day and the whole process was not rushed. He took time to explain why the tooth is sensitive with reference to the X-Ray done. A careful filling was done to protect the tooth nerve. Excellent service from Dr Chim and his equally competent and funny dental assistant. They managed to turn my anxiety into a wonderful visit to a dental clinic. Kudos to Bayside Dental for having such a good team under their fold. 👍👍👍
