He is very honest and friendly, and is always very helpful in giving me advice on any other questions I ask, going out of his way to give me names and numbers for the task to be done. Always fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Bay Plumbing & Drainage Geelong were absolutely fantastic to deal with. When my hot water system stopped working on a Saturday, they promptly sent a technician out and made sure I wasn't left without hot water over the weekend by setting up a temporary system. First thing Monday morning, my new unit was installed and running perfectly.
Their service was fast, professional, and genuinely customer focused. I'm extremely impressed and grateful for their support during a stressful time. Highly recommend!

The guys came out the next day and gave me peace of mind with a drainage issue on my boundary , that is damaging my driveway .
They are working on the best solution for the water drainage and I’m confident that the problem can now be solved And it won’t happen every winter or heavy rain. Great service and friendly team .

Loc and the team were so professional in their approach to helping us find the source of a leak on our property. Eric systematically eliminated all the possibilities until they found the problem. They were punctual, well priced for the job they do, and very helpful suggesting possible solutions. I registered to get a small job done via their website on a Sunday not expecting to hear back until business hours. I had a return email & text later that day to let me know they would contact me on the Monday. They were prompt, friendly &, by lunch time on the Monday, the work was done. Will definitely be using their services again when needed.

The service we received was impressive! I booked the day before, they arrived on time the next morning. They diagnosed and explained the options to fix the problem all within the same day. They returned the next day when we mentioned we’d like something taken care of.

After checking in with the team, it looks like the first plumber’s tool broke unexpectedly during the job, so we sent a second plumber to complete the work. Unfortunately, he wasn’t aware that one of the downpipe brackets had been removed earlier.
