We loved working with Bay Builders for our kitchen and living room remodel. Our project manager was Ido and he and his crew were so sweet and polite. They listened extremely well and were very responsive, were very thoughtful with their suggestions and everything was wrapped up extremely quickly. We got multiple other bids and found their pricing to be very reasonable too. We have zero complaints and would definitely work with them again.

New Year's Update (2026) We are delighted to have hired Bay Builders for the third time based on their OUTSTANDING work (see below for earlier reviews) to repair the front facade of our home and to make many additional interior improvements. Once again, we were thrilled not only with the results but with the above-and-beyond-excellent follow up from Gilad Baron (owner) and Yonitan (Yoni) Ashkenazi (who managed this latest project) well after the project finished. Yoni led the team efficiently and they finished, amazingly, ahead of schedule and exactly on budget. In addition, Yoni took the initiative to drive an extra hour out of his way--on a holiday --to come in person to help us fix a totally unrelated urgent smoke alarm issue. I can't say enough how great Bay Builders has been to work with. If you need to entrust your home project to a professional contractor, this is the team you want! Bay Builders, under the extraordinary leadership of Gilad Baron, provides not only exceptional quality and but truly wonderful and lasting customer service.

We recently completed a major renovation with Bay Builders -- a full bathroom addition, new closet/office, updated bedroom flooring, painting, and several structural changes -- and we couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of the work is excellent, and the entire project has truly transformed our home. The biggest highlight of our experience was working with René, our foreman. René is an exceptional communicator, deeply knowledgeable, and always proactive. Whenever questions came up or decisions needed to be made, he explained everything clearly and helped us feel confident at every step. Even when there were a few challenges behind the scenes with the back office, René consistently stepped in, found solutions that worked for us, and kept the project moving smoothly. His leadership made the entire process feel seamless. We also want to recognize José, who stood out through his craftsmanship, precision, and friendly professionalism. He brought so much care to the details that really make a renovation feel finished and high-quality. We purchased our remodeled/new house from Bay Builders in 2019. While we were not involved in the build process, we are extremely happy with the quality of work and all the finishes that Gilad and team used. We loved the white oak beams they had installed in the living room ceiling, so we asked Gilad if they could replicate them in our master bedroom and office on the second floor. The Construction and More team including Avihoo, Joseph, our foreman Christian and the entire team especially Angel and Jesus were simply amazing. We had a sizable renovation and were pleasantly surprised at the professionalism, workmanship, project management, budget management and every aspect of execution by the team. We changed our flooring , renovated a bathroom and living space and the team spared no effort to get every detail right and consistently went above and beyond. Not once did we hear or sense any kind of reluctance to meeting our many demands for adjustments, even changes. We felt like we got our money’s worth and concluded the project without feeling exhausted with it. Perhaps most importantly, the team acted with integrity all along and surely earned our trust and respect. For any of my friends who need a referral, I know exactly where to go!

"Bay Builders did a fantastic job on our master bedroom/partial bath remodel! They redid the floor, baseboards, ceiling with new lights and fan, installed a new sink vanity with new lights and cabinetry, repainted, and put in a new sliding door and closet shelving. Our project manager Ido was helpful and communicative from day one, clearly outlining our project, listening to our ideas and offering advice as well as some suggestions of his own , which were spot on. Throughout the build he communicated every day; the excellent work team of Angel, Jose, and Miguel came on time every single day, worked long and hard, and paid excellent attention to detail and cleanliness. Meant to leave this review before but Tal and Baybuilders helped us renovate our bathrooms. We were first time home buyers and didn't know much about entire process. Tal was very helpful and guided us through the entire process. He was very honest and responsive. The entire crew was also very efficient and was very good at their jobs. They informed us of any design issues and worked with us to rectify it. They even worked with the city to get the permits resolved. Overall I highly recommend Tal and Baybuilders

I love Bay Builders! They just finished a MASSIVE remodel for me that turned out beautifully. 3 things: 1. Their prices are not the lowest, but they do what they say within the budget that they quote! Better than other contractors. 2. Gilad the owner and Rene the foreman on the job are serious professionals and know what they are doing 3. And here is the kicker: they executed the project in the time they said they would Because of their great work, I was inspired to add a lot of scope, and the cost and timelines were always what they said it would be. I can't imagine using a different contractor! The result is impeccable.

The GC of the project Gilberto was a problem solver and no issue was left unsolved. Communication was great! Concerns were answered within minutes and questions in timely manner.
