Van driver’s doesn’t read posted sign at SFO and decided to park in a bus zone waiting for his passengers. The curbside is for active loaning and unloading only!

Shay was great to work with! He made booking transportation for my wedding incredibly easy. He was always responsive to the many questions I had throughout the process and gave great advice that benefitted me - the customer! Highly recommend and will be using them again.
All 3 bus drivers were very professional and safe. They showed up right on time and made multiple trips per our contract to ensure all our guests got there and back safely.

Charles went out of his way to make sure we had the proper size of vehicle for our mission trip. We live in San Jose but went to SFO. We arrived at 12:55 am (early morning) and our driver, Daniel was on time, very professional & made the ending of our trip fantastic. Communication with Charles was so amazing & it was my first time using Bauer. I know it won't be the last. I would recommend them for your transportation needs.

Terrible service all around. Bauer did not deliver on the actual service and their customer service was horrible.
I booked 2 buses round trip for my wedding to transport guests between the wedding hotel and the venue. The day before the wedding, I emailed our sales rep, Marcos, and mentioned I was concerned about traffic due to a game in the city. He assured me they were aware of the game and would time everything correctly.
On our wedding day, the first bus arrived 30+ minutes late. This bus was for our wedding party, so we lost a bunch of time with our photographer at the venue. The 2nd bus was so late we had to scramble to get all of our guests either onto the first bus or alternate transportation.
After the wedding, our planner emailed Marcos communicating what happened with the transportation, how it significantly pushed back every piece of our wedding, and asking for some refund. He stated Bauer takes up to 6 weeks to process refunds. After 8 weeks and a number of follow-ups to get a response from Marcos, they refunded us 5% of our bill. This didn’t even cover the Lyfts and Ubers the guests had to take to the venue as a result of everything that happened.
I’ve followed up with Marcos twice stating this refund doesn’t feel in line with what happened. He’s stopped responding.
Friends gave me advice that one big thing would go wrong the day of our wedding. That was Bauer. I highly recommend booking with another service.

We had a fantastic experience working with Shay Charles to coordinate transportation for the Cross-Cultural Family Center’s (CCFC) after-school summer field trip. Shay was highly responsive, professional, and made the process easy from start to finish.
The bus driver arrived on time, was extremely focused on safety, and worked seamlessly with our staff throughout the day. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for better service.
Highly recommend—great experience all around! The Cross-Cultural Family Center will definitely be using them again.

I initially had some reservations about booking with Bauers, as the prices felt a bit steep for what I needed. However, after speaking with Shay, all of that changed. He made me feel genuinely welcomed and took the time to walk me through the price breakdown in a way that made sense. Shay was incredibly patient and kind, and his professionalism truly stood out. Thanks to him, I felt confident in my decision.

I used Bauer’s Transportation recently for a corporate event and was really impressed. The driver showed up right on time and very friendly friendly. The vehicle was clean, quiet, and super comfortable. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but honestly, the smooth experience was worth it. I’d definitely book with them again.

We've depended on Bauer, and Shay Charles in particular, for our corporate retreat transportation needs the last two years. Shay has provided seamless coordination for over 200 passengers across the country, navigating flight delays and last-minute changes with ease. I can't say enough about the service Shay continues to provide - staying up late to confirm last-minute changes and ensuring all passengers safely reach their destination. Shay was gracious enough to make a four-hour trip (another four hours back) with our group to make sure there were no issues. He is calm and patient in the face of chaos and handles each situation with the utmost poise. We will certainly be relying on Shay and Bauer for any future transportation needs - if you need a reliable and seamless transport vendor, you better call Shay Charles!
