A very friendly well equipped gym, covered but some of the gym is also open to the elements and very good Muay Thai training. Whats not to like?

Strongly recommend people to join their Muay Thai group classes (8am-10am or 4pm-6pm) for 500baht, gloves and wrap rental at 200 Baht. Kru Jack and the other trainers are so professional and kind! This is my first time trying Muay Thai and it was so worth it! I had so much fun and sweat a lot! Bring lots and lots of water!! The heat can be quite draining!

Jedno z najlepszych miejsc jeżeli chodzi o Muay Thai, treningi 1,5h, masaże między przerwami od tarcz (widać, że trenerzy bardzo sie starają). 1200 thb za pojedynczy trening, ale jak weźmiesz pakiet 5 to już trening wychodzi poniżej 900 thb. Siłownia też dobra i na otwartym powietrzu dla mnie to plus. Szczególne podziękowania dla Jomphon młody, ale mega doświadczony i dobry trener!

We booked a private session with Joe, it was so informative and an honor to do this . Wow! Bucket list of mine to train in Thailand with a Master … Super cool , thanks to the gym for setting this up last minute ! Cold plunge afterwards was right on time !
