I have greatly enjoyed my time as a patient with this clinic and staff. They have always been thorough and efficient in providing care and updates post-visits. Katie is knowledgeable and takes the whole clinical picture into account and helps me get the care that I need. Lauren is always kind and professional and seems to genuinely enjoy interacting with me and other patients.

Visited this clinic looking for a new medical care provider. I also needed to be cleared for an upcoming surgery. My first visit was great! I felt highly welcomed And cared for as any patient should. Unfortunately, my second visit wasn’t like that Batson Had a medical student training, which I gave Permission for the medical student to assist me. Before the student entered the room, she was briefing the student on my situation, and she was very loud and disregard the fact I was in the exam waiting . K. Baton aggressively explained her dislike for patients who came for medical clearance for surgery. As if I didn’t tell her I was looking for a new medical provider as well. Her opinion is respected but she could’ve explained that to me my first visit .. I would’ve never came back.. instead of expressing it a STUDENT in a loud aggravated tone outside the exam room I was sitting in. I’m also displeased about this situation because I was looking for somewhere I could trust medical providers and make that a home for my needs. Obviously, I wasn’t welcome so ofcourse I won’t be back. I’m very disappointed in k.batson and I hope no other AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN or any other woman have to share my experience there.

Sooooo welcoming and informing. Have missed an appointment and was ensured a new appointment as early as possible. Anytime I’ve come with any concerns I was in and out in no time the PCP Katherine is so nice and she listens. Front desk receptionist is so nice as she’s always been since i became a patient here and it’s so neat and clean with snacks upon arrival and for me that’s always nice for me and anyone else with bloodsuckers issues coming in if they have them first impression is everything and I, too work in healthcare and to feel heard and seen is always important love, love, love.

Truly the best experience I've had with a PCP. Katie and her team are amazing. The appointment making process is super easy and during the appointment, I felt very listened to and all my concerns were addressed. As someone without health insurance, I find their cash pay prices very reasonable. I made my husband an appointment to get established with them right after my first appointment because I liked them so much. Vastly different experience than going to a corporate PCP, it was nice being treated like a person.

Katie is, without a doubt, the most thorough and caring provider I’ve ever seen. Katie and her team are so compassionate, investigative, kind, and supportive. As someone who struggles with high medical anxiety, I felt truly listened to and empowered by my experience. The space is so welcoming and warm, which really does make a difference. My only regret is not establishing care here sooner!

Highly recommend! Convenient location was perfect for me. I scheduled a new patient exam. Availability worked with my schedule. As soon as I arrived I was greeted and Carrie was super friendly. I didn’t feel like I just an appointment but wanted there. So already off to a great start. I was shown almost immediately to my room by Lauren who continued to be just as friendly! Later she drew my blood and gave me my flu shot and she was great at that as well! And then I finally met with Katie and she rounded out the great experience. I didn’t feel like I was just a number. I felt seen. Honestly she made me feel like I was her most important patient. I’m sure she thinks all of them are, but the fact that her genuineness just exuded from her was great! She listened to me when no others have. And it was easy to talk to her. I felt so comfortable with her! Went for a new PCP and definitely found the best! Thank you ladies!!
