I visited Katie Batson, APRN at The Batson Clinic today and had such a great experience. After recently moving to West Little Rock, I needed to establish a new PCP and found her online. I loved how easy it was to schedule an appointment online, super convenient and fit easily into my day. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist and nurse were incredibly warm and welcoming. Once I met Katie, I immediately felt at ease. She truly listened, asked thoughtful questions, reviewed my medical history, and was intentional and professional the entire time. I also had routine labs drawn, and her nurse was fantastic, I didn’t even feel the stick! I’m so grateful to have found Katie and The Batson Clinic. Highly recommend!

Such a great visit! From the moment you walk in you feel like this was always where you had been going even on the first visit. The ladies here were amazing and so friendly. From the first-class patient care to the great atmosphere you will be glad you chose here over anywhere else! 5 Stars is not enough!!

I have loved my experience so far with this office! The receptionist is so friendly and personable, Katherine is so kind and really listens to you and makes you feel so comfortable and seen. Her nurse is pure sunshine! Love this place!
