We hired Bath Pros to remodel our bathroom, and we could not be happier. From the moment we met Tom, we knew he was someone we wanted to work with. He sat with us and told us exactly what he could do for us, and he was the only person we met with that actually brought samples of his products with him. I knew going into this exactly what I wanted, and it was not the standard acrylic type of material that everyone else had. I wanted a slab stone and no more tiles and grout. Tom worked with us and gave us exactly what we wanted at a very fair price. Our project started the week between Christmas and New Years. Shannon arrived at our house on the morning the Syracuse area received 22 inches of snow. He immediately made a wide path so we could still safely get around his truck and dumpster. He then fully covered our rugs and stairs so he was not bringing snow and dirt into the house. Shannon was an absolute pleasure to work with and made sure our home was cleaned up every night before he left. Because of the holiday week our renovation took about 10 days. He took our walls down to the studs and rebuilt it back for us. We’ve been in this house 30 years and raised 5 children here. Know that they’ve all moved out it was finally our time to do all the projects we put off, and Bath Pros really delivered for us. Tom has responded quickly to any questions we had, and was quick to send Shannon back for a very minor adjustment for us on a handle on the sink. You can not go wrong hiring Tom and his crew for your bathroom remodel.

Tom & his team, including Josh & Shannon did our first floor bathroom remodel. It needed some structural work that we had not anticipated. We worked with Tom & Shannon on what our best options were. Shannon replaced 5 floor joists, outside sill plate, & 5 wall studs. We had a few unexpected delays from our vanity getting crushed during delivery, our new toilet not being level & a blizzard preventing the new vanity from arriving on schedule. Each issue was handled promptly & professionally by Tom & his team. Shannon did an AMAZING job. I was concerned having only a one man crew, but his efficiency & attention to detail was incredible. He was friendly, answered all our questions, & kept us in the loop with his daily progress. We had a custom sized shower installed; Shannon made sure I could safely reach the tops of the corner shelves, grab bars, & the bench is low enough my feet are flat on the floor. The entire experience from working with Tom on what to order & expect, to Josh keeping us up to date with delays, and to Shannon for doing amazing work, was wonderful. We were so happy with the team & experience that we decided to do our 2 upstairs bathrooms as well. They won’t be as customized as our downstairs bathroom, but I have no doubt they will look amazing. We requested Shannon to return for our next remodels as well.

This will be a somewhat lengthy review, but I think you will find what I have to say important if you are looking to remodel. About a year ago, Bath Pros remodeled our bathroom installing a beautiful walk-in shower. Vinnie our installer did a great job removing the old tub and installing the new shower. It turned out beautifully and we were quite pleased with the work done. Vinny was efficient, neat and extremely pleasant while on the job. A few months after installation we started to notice black spots appearing on the floor (pan) of the shower. We were puzzled as to what was causing the marks and tried to clean them as per the manufacturer's instructions. The marks did not disappear, and we started to see more and more of them. We called Tom at Bath Pros. Tom is the owner of Bath Pros. He had Josh, the head installer, come out to take a look. No one could figure out where these marks were coming from. Tom from Bath Pros contacted the manufacturer and received no response. I followed up with Tom several times and after months of waiting, Tom finally got an answer. He told me that the manufacturer said that even though they have had other complaints on this, they would not help in any way. Tom contacted a reglazing company to come in and glaze over the pan to keep the black spots from showing. Vinny, our installer, came and removed the shower door and toilet in preparation for the glazing. On the day the glazing was to be completed, the glazer came and said that he could not do the work. He was not confident that it would look right after he was done. Tom called me and gave me my options. I could get some money back for the sub par pan, or Bath Pros would come in and replace the shower. We chose to replace the shower. Bath Pros let us pick out new colors and amenities from the vendor they now use. The new materials are far superior to the first shower and we simply love them. Vinny came and removed the shower and installed a new one in four days. Again, he was neat, efficient and a pleasure to have in our home working. We could not be happier with the outcome. Bath Pros stood behind their work and did everything they could to make us happy. You do not find this kind of customer service anymore, and working with a local company is just icing on the cake. If you are looking to upgrade or replace your bath, these are your guys! We were so impressed with Bath Pros, we have asked them to replace the sink and vanity in our bath next. We highly recommend Tom and his team at Bath Pros!
