I look forward to working with him again on another project. Thanks, Alan! November 7, 2024: Adding to my review as project is now completed. The roof, fascia, gutters, and final replacement window all make my 100+ year old bungalow look amazing. It totally transformed the look of my home. I had 4 different crews (one crew for each job) & they were all professional, polite, & cleaned up after themselves. I did have one issue, but it was quickly corrected & I'm very satisfied with the work. I would recommend Perfect Choice and will contact Alan when I'm ready to do my next project. June 11, 2026: Because I had such great work done in 2024, I contacted Alan again as it was time for a new garage roof (my garage is not attached but separate from my home). Alan came the next day and in less than a month my home and garage have matching shingles (which I didn't even have when I bought it 23 years ago). Again, Alan was super and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. Erin was a fantastic coordinator and even called me on a Sunday to confirm everything. I did have some issues come up on my end which caused me to ask for a delay, but Erin was very easy to work with and was able to change the crew to work around my schedule. Today the roofing crew came, tore off my old roof, and installed the new roof. I even had some of the same people that had installed the roof on my house in 2024 work on the garage roof today. The crew was polite, courteous, and wasted no time in getting it completed. They also cleaned up and that is very much appreciated. I've had other companies leave trash, wood, nails, etc and Perfect Choice has never left a mess. I would recommend them and when it's time for my next work, I will be calling them again. Thanks to all of the employees associated with Perfect Choice. Job well done again.

I haven’t had anything done by them. But the amount of phone call I get from this company is crazy. About 6 months ago I told them to stop calling me. They told me that when I call them back it puts my phone number back on their call list. Well this time I did not call them first they started calling me first. What’s your excuse now? I’ve blocked their number and they just call me with a different one.

EDIT!!!!! What we were quoted was reasonable BUT 3 days later we got a call and the estimate we got was “wrong” and our price increased $2700!!!!! Do not do business with these people they are scammy. Brett gave a quote we signed the contract he does this for a living for years he said but now he’s wrong after they cashed my check. 🤔 waiting on our refund. Brett was outstanding! We used him for roofing and fascia and are pleased with his low sales tactic. Will use him again for other projects while living in Springfield IL

They sent me an email confirming the appointment for my house in Hannibal, MO on Saturday May 9th at 3pm. I currently live in Florida so I flew to MO to meet them. They never showed up for the appointment. I called them three times and never showed up.
