I had high expectations and The Bathing Machine exceeded them! From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. Sam helped with the design stage and was able to answer all questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Sam arranged the installation too; I barely had to lift a finger! The fitters John and Dan were great as well. Installation was hassle free; they kept me informed and ensured I was happy at every stage. The attention to detail was great. One of the best finishes I’ve seen on a project. A fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

I just had a complete renovation of my bathroom by the Bathing Machine and the level of service that they provided was truly first class. The team (especially Jack) handled everything from start to finish. From the initial discussions to putting the vision into a 3D design to providing their expert opinion that I not thought about to the communication throughout. The quality of all the parts from baths, to toilets to taps to tiles are off an excellent quality. The installation went smoothly, with Paul the installer turning up everyday on the time that we agreed and worked hard all day. He kept the house tidy and was consider to my needs due to working from home. Some days I forgot he was here. The level of quality and finishing that Paul delivered was exceptional. I fully recommend using the Bathing Machine to anyone

We have just had a toilet and 2 bathrooms done by The Bathing Machine and would happily recommend them. The design process with Jack was friendly and professional, with him suggesting lots of good ideas to give us the right look. It was also so helpful to be able to see what the rooms would like via the CAD on their computers. The refurbishment work was undertaken by the team from Linea Home Design who were thorough, polite and friendly with the highest quality of workmanship. An excellent experience all the way through.

They have an extensive range of bathroom furniture to choose from and Oli’s designs were very helpful in visualising the end result. He listened to our ideas and worked with us to get the best result, with good ideas and sourcing top quality materials. They used a professional, trustworthy team to do the fitting and delivered both bathrooms on time and within budget. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

They did everything from planning to boarding up the walls and floor, tiling, painting, and fitting the sanitaryware and all accessories. During the planning process we had several meetings with Sam, both in the showroom and in our home, and his expertise was enormously helpful. He seemed to have endless patience while we dithered over the details. The installation was completed to a high standard. Paul, our installer, arrived on the dot each morning and worked hard all day every day until it was finished. He was exceptionally good at ensuring he was meeting our requirements as the installation progressed, taking time to discuss every detail with us. The end result is not only beautiful but we know that all the plumbing and electrics behind the scenes have been fitted to a high standard. The design phase was incredibly helpful and even led to us going with a different layout that what we originally planning and the products themselves are really high quality. We couldn't be more pleased with the results and plan on using the Bathing Machine again when we get round to doing the downstairs toilet.

Oli was very helpful and the whole process from initial visit and 3D visualisation to finished work went very smoothly. His knowledge of products, together with an understanding of our requirements, plus a really great bathroom fitter John, has all contributed to us being extremely pleased with our new bathrooms. The Bathing Machine provided the majority of our bathroom & ensuite items. They were happy to do as much or as little as we wanted. In our case we were wanting them to supply items so we could fit them ourselves. Their prices were very competitive & they were very knowledgeable about all aspects. The showroom is a great way to help you see how things look. They have also helped to resolve an item that had a manufacturing fault. As they're local it was a lot easier to arrange a replacement than dealing with say an internet based shop. Definitely recommended.

It’s been just over a year since Sam and Luke’s team redid our bathroom, and it still looks amazing! I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was admiring it again this morning and thought they really deserve a mention. Everything still works perfectly and looks like it was fitted yesterday. When we started our renovations, we didn’t realise how much higher the standard of service from BM and Linea was compared to others. Since then, we’ve had quite a few tradespeople in, but no one has matched their attention to detail or the quality of work they delivered from day one. Honestly can’t recommend them enough - we’ve got the perfect bathroom, and it’s still just as good as the day it was finished
