Unfortunately most plumbers are unreliable by nature, but Ben is an anomaly,
he turns up when he says he will, and if he doesn't he'll inform you in advance.
Also he's a good plumber. He's done a new boiler and fitted a new bath for us and we are very happy with his work.

I can highly recommend Ben. He did a fantastic job resolving all our plumbing issues at a rental property. His service is of very high quality and professional throughout. Ben had to go back a couple of times to replace certain taps and water pump and always kept me informed on progress and what was still outstanding. He also quickly gained the tenants trust arranging his visits with them directly without me needing to be the middleman and schedule visits which was really helpful. I am really pleased with his service throughout.
