I wouldn't recommend this law group to anyone looking for honesty and proper communication. I started reaching out to this attorney's office on a more consistent basis beginning July 2025 seeing as though they weren't reaching out to me, to get an update on my case that they had for over 2 years. I was told by the attorney handling the case at that time they were going to file a lawsuit because they weren't getting any response from the other parties' insurance adjuster. That filing, I was told would take place in a few weeks (September). Followed up a couple of months later requested to speak with the attorney who wasn't available, left a message for a return call, but was informed that the attorney hadn't filed suit as promised. Had another conversation with the current attorney who said she'd try and get a settlement (but also proceeds to tell me how hard it was to get anywhere with the other persons insurance company) that would pretty much be it and if that couldn't happen, she'd close the file. Needless to say, after 2 1/2 years and a fast-approaching statute of limitations I'm looking to hire another attorney. Do yourself a favor if this ever happens find another attorney quickly!
