Love the laundry basket I purchased - super sturdy and holds so much, and love the woven lid. Also loving my Hamper and round baskets - such a cute way to store my things naturally.

I absolutely love my baskets , I ordered the medium in blue violet and the large random Bolgas and I was so excited when they arrived and were matching colours . They are sturdy beautifully made and hold A LOT. I have taken them shopping, to markets , overseas and have never had so many people asking me where I got them from. They are so easy to care for and so sturdy . I love that we can support a majority female driven craft from another country and can showcase their impressive skills in Australia, and they are paid what they are worth . I would absolutely buy again 😍😍

Excellent business & service. Highly recommend. I bought an extra large round Bolga basket. There was a problem with it. My last one from another supplier lasted me 10+ years. After about 6 weeks of limited use I sent photos to Bashiri - Shane & team - informing basket I’d been sent wasn’t up to standard. I received no grievance. Polite response in quick time. Offered I could keep first basket & they’d replace, send another, no charge. Sent me photos of 3 others I might like to choose from, quality controlled, checked for any problems. I said I’d pay additional if multi-colour basket cost more than plain colour I’d paid for. Even accept good quality second. Trying to treat kind with kind, goodwill on both sides. I’ve selected one from the photos. Still not asked for additional money & I don’t think it’s a second. Haven’t received new basket yet. Not yet posted. Positive I’ll be happy with it & it’ll last 10 years too. This! is the type of business, people I want to support. Please support them. In future when I want to buy a gift for someone, Bashiri will be top of my list as possible shop to buy from.

The service I received from the team at Bashiri African imports was so brilliant that I asked if I could leave a review or write a testimonial. Not only are the products absolutely beautiful, wonderful quality and so affordable but the staff are incredibly helpful, interactive, kind and so friendly that you feel like you’re communicating with your friend. Postage was incredibly fast on both my orders (had to purchase a second basket as I loved the first so much!). This is a company who very obviously cares deeply about their customers and do everything in their power to ensure you are happy with the product and service! Thank you for being such a delight to deal with!
