EDIT: Customer service very quickly remedied my disappointment without my having to ask. I have updated my rating to 5 stars for the quality of service. There are many places to purchase seed garlic, Basaltic Garlic Farms is one that will prioritize customer satisfaction.
The Basaltic Garlic Farms website I purchased Chesnok-red-garlic from indicated that there are between 5 and 8 heads per pound. I was disappointed to find the 3lb order I received had 48 tiny heads of garlic or 16 heads per pound-less than half the advertised size. The website also indicated I should expect between 12 and 18 seeds per head. The little heads shipped only have 7-8 small seeds. There was not a packing list included with my shipment which also leads me to wonder if I even received the correct product.

As far as no packing slip you are right. Nearly all our customers appreciate that we do not create unnecessary environmental waste as we are a 100% regenerative organic farm that uses best practices to reduce pollution.
