An independent opticians based in Barnham, West Sussex who have a great team of Optometrist’s and support team who are well led by Mandy. A very personal and professional service on all visits. We found Barnham after Sight & Sound closed down and being very disappointed with the next opticians we went to. Once we new Sue was here we transferred immediately and were so glad we did. We get the same exemplary quality of care and after test service in choosing frames etc that we had enjoyed before.

Barnham Opticians are fantastic. I had an eye exam and chose a new pair of spectacles today. The eye exam was thorough and options to improve my sight were also discussed. The spectacle choice is vast and varied but with the expert help of Mandy I was able to chose the right pair for me. The whole experience was relaxed and I was offered a coffee and biscuits thought the process! All of the staff were fantastic. I look forward to receiving my new spectacles soon!!! Thank you x

My first experience of an eye test at Barnham Opticians and I would definitely recommend them, as the customer service was second to none. I was greeted with a lovely smile from Kate the receptionist and Simon the Optometrist was very professional. My glasses were dispensed by Sue who again was extremely helpful and professional. Please help support our independent businesses. Will certainly be returning.

As it was near to where I live and on a local bus route thought I would give it a try. I have tried most opticians in the local towns and further a field, but have had problems with all of them for over 40yesrs. Having to go backwards and forwards because of unable to see properly out of new glasses. Here the staff were very friendly, the eye examination was very through. The new glasses fitted perfectly and I could see perfectly, amazing. Yep 5 stars for Barnham Opticians

Excellent service for my eye test - a relative recommended this optician as they had outstanding service here. I had a quick pre-appointment call to clarify some details about my eye health as this was my first appointment - a very helpful woman spoke to me. I had the eye test with Simon who was very thorough and explained the results of my eye test. I didn't feel there was a hard sell to buy glasses there - I don't need any right now, but I will go back when I do want new glasses and get them from there as the service was so good.

Just been for my ones a year eye test for work. I would totally recommend this opticans the team are friendly and professional and aways happy to help if you need advice. Not professional business as they cancelled the appointment for not a good reason. They called and I called back next day and one of the staff answered and didn't ask me any question but confirm my appointment. Now one day before the appointment, they called while working hours which I can't pick up the phone. I called back straight away after I finish work at 3:30pm and they said they cancelled. What a waste of time and because the attitude and unprofessional I refused to make another appointment with them. Here is my prove of call back. Ms Huang
