Outstanding kindness & care I sadly lost my horse, of 27 years , Murphy , today . John came out as an emergency call out , & although he had not met Murphy before treated him like he was his own horse ,with genuine care & kindness . I was very upset , & he explained everything to me in a sensitive & compassionate way . Thank you John - you were incredibly supportive to me & so gentle with my boy . Outstanding veterinary care .

Outstanding care and swift service My horse came in lame from the field, but the care we received was exceptional. By the next day, she had an X-ray and shortly after, an MRI scan. Alice arranged the operation within just a few days, ensuring my horse wasn’t left in pain or untreated. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently, and now Callie is feeling much better. I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I am a big fan of these vets. I always feel confident in their services and advice. They have saved one of my pony's life and give me ongoing advice for all of my little herd. Nothing is ever too much for them. The knowledge they can offer you is priceless, which they are always happy to share at call outs or their free seminars. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you all for your hard work.

I recently had to call out the barn to see my beautiful mare, what i thought was going to be routine visit turned out with me having to say goodbye to my soulmate :( As a GP my self i am pragmatic but this doesn’t make having to put your horse to sleep any easier. Matt was so , considerate and caring to both me and my horse with a kindness well beyond his years. He called me to update me on results found on postmortem which made me realise we had made the right decision. A few days later i received a card from the practice sending their condolences. I cant rate the care and kindness high enough x Thank you Vix
