Finally a place where we can go and practice Calisthenics in a safe supportive way with other athletes we can look up to and learn from.
The coaches are sound, knowledgeable, understanding and supportive (even with me being neurodiverse). It’s a welcoming environment where we celebrate each others wins. It’s exercise that feels like fun! I’d highly recommend it.
I’ve been training at their other facility for over a year and can’t wait to continue to make full use of this class new space!! You won’t regret it, I certainly haven’t!

I dont know where to begin with my complete admiration for the Bar Monkey gang, my children have gone for years and love it more today than they ever did, they even convinced me to join the adult class, it's fun, inclusive and you become stronger without even realising, well done to you all, you have worked hard and deserve your success, the new building in Gorey is amazing, congratulations

Honestly the best activity for all children to do, building on core strength and conditioning as well as confidence and self esteem. Sessions are so well planned and the commitment from Jamie and the other coaches is obvious at every turn. They get to know each kid's strengths and what makes them tick and supports every child to reach their potential while having the most fun possible.

Delighted we got recommended Bar Monkey. Both my girls are absolutely loving it!!! The coaches are on another level!!! They are amazing how they work/play with the children and really adapt to their personalies, they are all about the child and having fun!! I love it!
