He’s very personable, easy to talk to, and consistently proactive whenever something needs attention. Steven is also quick to respond and always willing to do the extra legwork on any issues that come up. I really appreciate having an agent who stays on top of things and makes the process straightforward.

Hands down the best experience I've ever had with an insurance agent! Steven patiently took so much time helping me understand my current policy, and helped find a much better replacement (I have a commercial business that isn't easy to find coverage for). He never rushed me or made me feel pressured. He took time to really help me understand insurance (which I am a complete novice at and can become very overwhelmed trying to understand) and helped me get to the right solution for my business. 10/10 highly recommend! Wonderful agent!

Poor customer service, communication and unfortunately what I’ll call hidden fees because of a mistake that they made. Attempted multiple times to talk to Steven directly and was avoided by him and sent to several other reps. Was hopeful about switching to this company only to regret my decision soon after.

This agency insured a rental property for me that no other company would write a policy for. I kept the Foremost policy for over 20 years, until I sold the property. I would not hesitate to call Steven again if I acquire another investment property of that type. He is very good at explaining policy details, and really cares about helping people.

Full disclosure, Steven is not our insurer, so why the 5 star review? Because when I was in a bind and our insurance was being cancelled he scrambled to find me someone that would get us coverage. He put our needs over an instant sale that we couldn’t really afford and has the integrity to do what’s best for his clients. I can’t recommend him enough, anyone that works with him can have the confidence that he’ll put their needs first.

Very disappointing branch! I am a, soon to be was, newly insured via this branch. I was given a quote that made financial sense and dropped my previous insurance company. I started paying the rates that I was quoted and 2 months in was given a surcharge of an outrageous amount right before the holidays. Upon talking to the members of this branch found out that they quoted me incorrectly and now am left to foot the bill. The customer foots the bill of their mistakes. Not even a call was given to explain this to me, I was the one who had to reach out. Oh and to top everything off I additionally found out that through their negligence one of my family members did not have insurance. Be cautious of this branch as they will lie to you in order to receive your business and hit you with the fine print later. Poor business model and hopefully this helps prevent others of the same outcome.
