Manny did an absolutely incredible job with our pest control service! He arrived right on time, conducted a thorough inspection, and took the time to explain exactly how he was going to treat the problem. He was professional, respectful of our property, and answered all of our questions with great patience. Since his visit, we haven’t seen a single pest. If you want someone honest, efficient, and genuinely helpful, ask for Manny. We will definitely be using his services again!

Today I had Manny came to perform the treatment and he took the time with patients to hear me out and went through crawling space as well as attic, all the cabinets and every corner to make sure they are treated as well as setting traps. He was also able to find the source of the problem which was in the refrigerator. Not only that he also checked the stove and the dishwasher and treated them for cockroaches. I highly recommend Aaron Martinez as field service technician.

Rodrigo was great! He checked certain areas of concern that we had in the home and laid some traps in areas where we’ve been seeing spiders. Very quick about treating the exterior of the house. The reason I took off one star is because I received conflicting information. The person I spoke with on the phone while scheduling mentioned that the interior would be treated as well and that I can stay in one room with the pets while the rest of the interior is being treated and drying. It took some time to prep the room for the pets to be in there for several hours. When Rodrigo arrived, he said he can’t treat the interior unless me and the pets are out of the house entirely. I do appreciate that he put our safety first and I have no complaints with Rodrigo! I just wish I got more accurate information from the person I scheduled with over the phone.
Update: They were very quick about reaching out and scheduling another service for interior treatment. I declined for now as I don’t know if I can take my cats out of the house but still really appreciate the follow up and willingness to schedule another service promptly.

We had our home in serviced by Banner and we usually get this done once a quarter. Today was a routine outdoor spray and was scheduled with technical Jorge Esteban from Banner. He was very punctual, texted me with his ETA, then once he was here he made sure to listen to all my concerns and requirements before getting to work. He worked efficiently and was even able to identify a wasp nest and dispose of it promptly and safely. Thank you Jorge, we really appreciated his service!

Rodrigo did an excellent job treating our home. I really appreciated that he proactively called me letting me know that there was an accident causing him to be late. He explained things very thoroughly and was very quick with the treatment.
