I ordered 50 meals of Banh Mi for a recent event at western university, and the service was absolutely incredible, they responded very quickly, and treated the whole process very efficiently! On top of this the food was delicious and exactly what we had ordered, there was a lot of variety which ensured everyone was able to enjoy. I highly recommend!
They put raw chicken in my sandwich, when I called them they said I was lying to get my money back when I didn’t even ask for any compensation.
As shown I have to throw out both sandwiches since they literally put uncooked chicken in the sandwich.
Avoid this place at all costs
Edit: yes you did not recieve any reports of illness because I threw out everything, I’m not going to willingly eat raw meat that’s not even chewable. Your response was generated by generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and it’s obvious.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and photos. We understand how concerning this may have been.
We apologize if our staff made you feel accused during the phone conversation — that was not our intention.
For our chicken protein, we use dark meat (thigh). Dark meat can naturally appear pink or slightly reddish even when fully cooked due to myoglobin, which is present in higher amounts than in white meat. Unlike chicken breast, it does not always turn white, and this is normal when cooked to a safe internal temperature.
We take food safety very seriously. If the chicken had truly been raw, it would have posed a serious health risk, and we did not receive any reports of illness.

came in for their 2 can dine deal for $28, thought it was pretty worth it for what you get if you compare it to a la carte prices. both banh mis were lemongrass grilled chicken. this is a little shop in the north of dt london, small shop so it’s harder for dine ins. the chicken had good flavouring but i found the portion to be lacking. the chicken was also a bit hard and dry aswell. comparing to back then when i came here, the meat portions were a lot better. if i was to pay $12 for one banh mi and getting this portion, im not too sure if its worth it. but because it was apart of this deal for a decent price, i think it’s okay.
back then ive also tried the OG and the bulgogi. the OG didn’t have too much meat but a decent amount, solid classic. the bulgogi had good flavours but the meat was also a bit dry.
overall i would recommend to try this place, but there are better places out there. service was nice
update: tried their sushi burrito today and it was a pleasant surprise. it was nice to see a good chunk of salmon, but after about 4 bites it was all gone. i wish they dispersed the ingredients because every bite is basically the same thing unless you’re like me and will take multiple smaller bites in each section with another. they also put avocado in one but not the other…overall it’s pretty good for the portion and price of $14, 7.5/10
the shrimp tempura was okay, the batter is really thick and almost tasted like it was raw… it was very powdery when i was chewing it. the tempura sauce was also very thick and salty, 5/10
Not traditional getting a sushi burrito at a bánh mì place but I can assure you it was delicious. Very filling and made well. Not to mention the staff (and what I would like to assume was the owner) was very kind and caring. They even bring you your pickup order to your car to help make things easier. This was my first time here but I’m convinced the rest of their menu is just as great.

Thank you so much, Rose! 😊 We truly appreciate your kind words and support. It means a lot to our team.
A super cute spot right in downtown London. Went there for the first time today and the aesthetics are so bright and cheery, it was nice just being in the shop. Had the salmon sushi burrito and it tasted AMAZING and at a very affordable price. Had a thick portion of fish, and the rest of the ingredients were very well balanced (most places use way too much seaweed salad imho). Definitely going to be my go-to place for sushi burritos from now on
Will have to also try their actual Banh Mi too but first impression was that this place is an absolute gem
