Enjoyable day sightseeing round Bangalore Enjoyed the Bangalore city day private tour. Booked on phone direct with Rashika. She was Very courteous , helpful and flexible. Saw what we wanted. Timings were flexible as we went along to meet our needs . Ended up being 9-5pm. Our Driver drove very well and safely and the car was clean , modern and comfy. Pickup /drop off at our hotel. Do tip the driver generously like we did if you’re happy. They work so hard but don’t earn like we do in the west. Saw the parliament, Palace, fort, Tipu Sultan palace, botanical park and gardens, Bull temple etc Lunch as recommended at veg authentic restaurant. An experience. However would’ve preferred non veg.

vérifier les petits caractères et vérifier tous les détails A réservé une visite de Banglore sur Viator qui aurait inclus un "guide local expert". J'ai juste réservé un taxi pour me conduire à Bangalore. Le chauffeur nous a emmenés d'un endroit à l'autre et nous a attendus, mais personne ne nous a vraiment parlé de Banglore ou des sites touristiques. Quel est l'intérêt de payer $$ pour une visite alors ? Le chauffeur était amical, mais finalement j'ai payé 4 x ce qu'il aurait dû coûter pour obtenir une location de taxi de 8 heures sans aucun service réel fourni par la compagnie touristique. Tour company indique que le guide n'était pas inclus dans notre forfait mais "leur service marketing a oublié de le supprimer de la description". Aucune tentative n'a été faite pour remédier au problème lorsque je l'ai soulevé, ils m'ont juste dit de "ne pas le prendre personnellement". Compagnie est probablement très bien, mais je conseillerais de lire les inclusions et de tout vérifier très attentivement avant de les utiliser.
