The shuttle was punctual, clean, and comfortable, making the journey smooth and stress-free. The ride to Banff was very scenic, with beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains along the way, which was a great introduction to the area. Drivers were professional and helpful, assisted with luggage, and provided clear pick-up and drop-off instructions. Overall, a dependable and convenient transfer option. Highly recommended for travellers who want an easy airport transfer while enjoying the scenery en route to Banff.

clean small to medium bus (felt private) driver was informative of how many stops, length of drive. driver asked if temperature was okay, offered blankets if cold, bus had charging ports, and seats that reclined. worth the cost! easy to find check in at airport as well!

Banff Airporter is a very convenient method for travelling between YYC and Banff. The new van with spacious leg room was comfortable. There were charging stations at each seat. The seats also reclined. Our driver Kevin was personable and most importantly, he is a good, safe driver. He looked after the bags and even carried them into our hotel. The desk at the airport is efficient and convenient. I will use them again!

10/10 experience The Banff Airporter service was fantastic. all around. Our flight was delayed and the team automatically moved us to the next shuttle. The buses were very spacious/comfortable, with outlets to charge our devices after our flight into Calgary and comfortable seats. The driver, Jeff, was very clear (told us where we’d be stopping on the way into Banff, collected/labelled our luggage and unloaded bags at our hotel). The convenience and comfort of the service outweighed the hassle of renting a car/parking for a short trip to Banff - thank you!

My car broke down at home in Canmore and I had to catch a bus to Calgary to attend a memorial service, with someone picking me up at the airport. Banff Airporter drivers are always nice, and I appreciate having access to this service as a local from a small town. Keep up the good work!

I have been taking the Airporter for years. It has a discount for locals, its easy and very comfortable. Took it from the airport to Canmore last night in a snow storm, the roads were terrible. We passed a half dozen cars in the ditch. Allison was amazing. I'm so glad I wasn't driving. Thank you for having this service available!

Winter driving conditions with slush and heavy fog until shortly after Casino . Pavel did an excellent job and although it took longer to get to our destinations I felt very safe.
