Jenny was super helpful with her recommendations, care advice for the Bamboo and an absolute delight to deal with. Very professional service but also very friendly. We’ve purchased from them before and the plants thrived, so it was an obvious choice to go back there again for our new garden.

Fabulous service, very knowledgeable people
We are novices re growing bamboo and Jenny was very generous with her time, giving us the info we needed about planters, soil and watering and also demonstrated correct pruning techniques and explained fertilisation requirements. We look forward to our rejuvenated courtyard. Thank you, Jenny!
Very pleased with the result todate with the bamboo we purchased from Bamboo Creations. We needed to produce a screen to give privacy from the adjacent property on the high side. We got great advice on selection, planting, and maintenance. We followed the advice and are very pleased one year on.
We turned up on an almost 40 degree day while Gary and Jenny (sorry if I got the names wrong), were working on a new watering system. Gary dropped what he was doing to help us out with advice, suggestions, and directions as I reversed my trailer into a tight spot.
In the end they had exactly what we wanted, and we drove away with a car filled to the brim with our new bamboo.
I highly recommend Bamboo Creations Nursery for both quality of product, and quality, (and friendliness) of service.

Just adding some more pictures 10 months later.
The bamboo has just gone through its new growth period and has a lot of new shoots coming up. All plants very healthy and beginning to thicken up nicely.
Still very happy with the bamboo quality.
Excellent customer service with prompt email responses from Jennifer, who was also willing to accommodate my preferred pickup location. Product is good value and they have a huge range of bamboo to choose from. Couldn't ask for more really, now lets hope I manage to keep them alive, although with all the care information I've received from Bamboo Creations, I like my chances this time ;)
