⛔️ Be Careful With Your Personal Data ⛔️
Bali Visas asked me to submit 13 highly sensitive documents (passport, birth certificate, family card, ID, etc.). I sent everything exactly as requested, yet received no confirmation at all — not even after waiting over an hour.
When I followed up, their response was a defensive explanation about their internal “chat queue,” prioritizing their system rules over assuring the safety of the personal data they themselves requested.
• Failure: No acknowledgment of 13 sensitive documents.
• Response: Blamed their “queue management” system.
• Result: A concerning disregard for client confidentiality and professionalism.
I deleted the files for my own protection. If they treat a basic security check as an annoyance, they cannot be trusted with sensitive personal information.

Bali Visas meminta saya mengirim 13 dokumen yang sangat sensitif (paspor, akta lahir, KK, KTP, dll.). Saya mengirim semuanya sesuai permintaan, namun tidak ada konfirmasi sama sekali—bahkan setelah menunggu lebih dari satu jam.
Saat saya menindaklanjuti, mereka justru memberikan penjelasan defensif tentang “antrian chat” internal mereka, seolah aturan sistem lebih penting daripada memastikan keamanan data yang mereka sendiri minta.
• Kegagalan: Tidak ada konfirmasi penerimaan 13 dokumen penting.
• Respons: Menyalahkan sistem “queue management.”
• Hasil: Mengabaikan keamanan dan kerahasiaan data klien.
Saya akhirnya menghapus dokumen-dokumen tersebut demi keamanan saya sendiri. Jika konfirmasi dasar saja dianggap mengganggu, saya meragukan kemampuan mereka menangani informasi pribadi yang sensitif.

These people are SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE. They will wait until the last day of your visa to ask for over double the money. I had to go to immigration to do it myself and then when I asked for a refund they said no. I paid them for nothing and ended up paying a fine to immigration on top. Disgusting

Your visa extension application was submitted on Friday evening, October 17, while your visa was due to expire on Sunday, October 19, 2025. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions which must be agreed to prior to submitting an application visa extensions must be lodged at least 14 days before the expiry date to allow sufficient processing time with Immigration.
Since both our office and Immigration are closed on weekends, your application could only be processed on Monday, which was already past your visa expiry date. Unfortunately, any resulting overstay or immigration fine falls outside of our control, as monitoring visa validity remains each visitor’s responsibility.
That said, we have processed a refund to your account on October 23, 2025, as a gesture of good faith and transparency, even though the situation was not caused by any error on our part.
At Bali Visas, we take pride in maintaining honesty, professionalism, and support for our clients, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We sincerely hope to serve you better in the future.
