Absolutely fantastic. I used their pick up and drop off service and it was faultless. Made my life so much easier to travel Bali. Picked up from my hotel, stored for a few days while I travelled to Gili T and then dropped it off at my next hotel. Customer service was absolute amazing, top notch!
The perfect setup for your trip to Gili Islands from Bali. A lot of us don’t truly understand how important it is to pack light when going to the Gili Islands. We brought two small suitcases to put our stuff in when we went to Gili, and left our two big suitcases with Bali Luggage Store. They met us at the airport, picked up our bags and stored them at their location for the duration of our stay at the Gili Islands. Then when we came back to Bali they met us at the airport with our bags. So easy, no snags, well worth the money. I will also add that they were early each time waiting on us, not the other way around. This is 100% the way to go.

Super fijne service. Ik liet mijn koffer achter op Bali om naar Nusa Lembongan te gaan. Ze haalden mijn koffer op bij de haven in Sanur en 5 dagen later brachten ze de koffer weer terug naar Sanur haven en hebben ze mij naar het volgende hotel gebracht. Goede communicatie, heel vriendelijk.
