Friendly and excellent routine maintenance on my whole house generator. Baldwin always notifies me to schedule the maintenance and the technician is always courteous. The maintenance is part of the annual monitoring plan which I appreciate the peace of mind knowing that BH&C will be notified if my system has problems.
