Happy customer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The team was incredibly well coordinated from start to finish. I’ll admit I was probably a fairly demanding client at times, as the bathroom repairs were causing a lot of stress, but they listened, understood my concerns, and worked hard to meet my expectations. The Moe tiler was fantastic, often working into the evening to ensure the job was completed on time, and the quality of his work was excellent. The plumbers were always punctual, courteous, and professional, making the whole process much easier. The shower screen installer was also great, and the new shower screen looks fantastic. With three different trades involved, I expected a few challenges, but everything was coordinated smoothly and professionally. Communication was excellent throughout, and everyone involved took pride in their work. Most importantly, we have our bathroom back and we’re absolutely loving it. Thank you to the entire team for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently had my leaking balcony and alfresco areas regrouted by Tony from BSR, and I’m very happy with the results. After comparing quotes from two other companies, I chose BSR—and I’m glad I did. From the start, Antonietta was fantastic to deal with—friendly, responsive, and quick to answer my message or email. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to others. Most importantly, Tony was outstanding. He was professional, hardworking, attention to details, and very patient throughout the entire process. He didn’t just regrout the tiles—he also removed all the old silicone around the balcony perimeters and junctions, then resealed everything to ensure proper waterproofing. Now, my balconies look brand new. I’ve attached before-and-after photos to show the transformation.

Help with figuring out an issue I found it so difficult just to get someone out to review my shower leak issue and Balcony Shower Repairs were the only service that took the time to help me and figure out a plan of attack and recommended who to use for leak detection. By this recommendation they ended up saving me THOUSANDS of dollars, as someone else (local plumber) had originally told me there was a leak and it all needed to be knocked out immediately - which the leak detection specialist proved to be false. That service alone was amazing (without even actually using them yet!), and I plan to use them when I do do my bathroom renovation in the future Flick

I recently had my shower regrouted and waterproofed. BSR gave me a clear Scope of Work and Antoinette was very responsive to my additional questions. Tony (The Tiler) arrived on time and commenced work straight away. The final result was excellent and clearly met the contacted Scope of Work. I would strongly recommend BSR to anyone requiring similar work and will definitely use them on another project that may warrant their professional attention soon. Bill K.

Antoinette and Tony provided a seamless service. Both administration grouting and tile works were tackled in a professional way. They were reassuring concerning the medium to long term outcome of the balcony work. No damage to tiles. The finished job looks very professional. BSR is highly recommended.
