WOW….so very professional from start to finish! Antoinette and Tony were amazing. Antoinette arranged and updated me along the way And Tony did such a WONDERFUL job on re grouting our bathroom. So thrilled with it….truly looks brand new. Tony worked for almost 2 days and keep everything so neat and tidy…great guy. Highly recommend!

I recently had my shower regrouted and waterproofed. BSR gave me a clear Scope of Work and Antoinette was very responsive to my additional questions. Tony (The Tiler) arrived on time and commenced work straight away. The final result was excellent and clearly met the contacted Scope of Work. I would strongly recommend BSR to anyone requiring similar work and will definitely use them on another project that may warrant their professional attention soon. Bill K.

Antoinette and Tony provided a seamless service. Both administration grouting and tile works were tackled in a professional way. They were reassuring concerning the medium to long term outcome of the balcony work. No damage to tiles. The finished job looks very professional. BSR is highly recommended.

These guys did a wonderful job regrouting our bathroom. I was worried they might damage our fancy Italian tiles but the work was perfect. Their price was really reasonable, and they communicated like professionals, and turned up and finished on time. We recommend them highly.

BSR did a fantastic job with regrouting and resealing our two balconies and shower. Both Antonietta and Tony were very easy to deal with, very clear with the works that needed to be done, and gave very detailed quotes so we knew exactly what was going to happen and what we were paying for. They were also very flexible to work with my time, which made it much easier dealing with renovations from interstate. No hesitation in recommending them!
