I cannot say enough amazing things about this med spa experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for, educated, and completely at ease. The team truly listens and tailors everything to enhance your natural beauty, not change it. I had Xeomin, Ultherapy Prime, and full facial balancing done, and the results are beyond what I imagined. Everything looks so natural, refreshed, lifted, more confident version of me. No overdone look, no stiffness, just beautifully balanced and subtle refinement. In addition, they treated my tennis elbow with BPC stacked with copper, and I was so impressed by their advanced, holistic approach to healing. I tried acupuncture many times and it didnt heal. They suggested surgery but i wasnt aure if that would make it any better. I mentioned it to Annie and she suggested i try the BPC shots or oral drops. I took it for a month and i am completely healed! I appreciate that they don’t just focus on aesthetics but also overall wellness and recovery. I recently had the Signature Balancing Facial at Balance Lab Aesthetics with Alexis, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I upgraded to the Aqua Peel, and it felt like a Korean-style hydrafacial but much gentler and deeply hydrating. My pores felt incredibly clean without any discomfort. The extractions were not painful at all, and the lymphatic drainage massage was honestly one of the best I've ever had. You can really tell the treatment is done with care and intention. They've also moved into a new location, and the space is absolutely beautiful. modern, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. I highly recommend booking a facial at Balance Lab Aesthetics. You won't regret it.

The only thing I can say about this place is that the results will be great. Annie is really knowledgeable and patient! She always took her time to assess your concerns, and she will be as happy about your progress as you are, if not more. Everyone there is so supportive, especially my girl, Alexis!! I found Annie and her team via yelp when I was looking for a place that can help with my acne-prone skin. At first I was a little bit skeptical, because I had been to dermatologists and med-spas where they tried many approaches with me but to no avail. Annie is THAT esthetician, she is THAT injector. I got a consult way back in early 2025 for my skin issues and was interested in facial balancing after my skin got better. I had previously spent alot of $$$$ all 2024 at another clinic doing all sorts of skin treatments but did not feel or see improvements on appearance/acne/pigmentation. After 1yr of Annie handling my skin and taking her recommendations - MY SKIN HAS BEEN AMAZING. I had the gut panel done, the acne package and then microneedling+sylfirmx. I just recently also pulled the trigger on getting my face balanced (temples/cheek/jaw) as I was starting to hallow out. Going to be looking fresh for 40 this year thanks to Annie. Annie is amazing! I went into my appointment requesting Masseter Botox in hopes of achieving a slimmed down lower face. During my consultation, Annie suggested we do Botox in some areas and filler in others to achieve the look I wanted. Before finding Balance Lab, I didn't realize that the Masseter Botox I've been getting for 9 months had made some areas of my face sag and look older. Annie was the one who educated me on the different areas that she injected and how both the Botox or filler would work to achieve my aesthetic goals. I went to Balance Lab Aesthetics for Botox with Annie, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! I got Xeomin and shared some of my concerns with her, and she was so kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. She has such a light, precise hand — I barely felt a thing! The results turned out so good. My face looks smooth and refreshed (I’ve had a few people comment on how “snatched” I look!), but I still have natural movement, which I love.
