I would give zero stars if it was an option. Asked a question on their public page on Facebook and they started harassing me in private messages when they already answered the question on their page, and then blamed me for their harassment because I had the audacity to comment on their sketchy post.

I paid 3 months of treatment, 90 pills, but by mistake, pharmacy sended 30 in a bottle with a sticker with my name a say qty 90. I notified my provider about pharmacy mistake, but I was treated as a lier, no more communication. They did not review security cameras to verify the packaging process as most pharmacies have. Now I changed to another honest provider with better treatment.

Hi Carlos,
We reached out to the pharmacy about the purchase you received over a month ago. The pharmacy and the script shows 90 capsules were included in the shipment. The pharmacy does check the packaging multiple times, and initials the packaging label prior to shipment.
At BHH we only order what is purchased. We only offer two different packages: 45 or 90 capsules.
Our RN reached out to assist you!
In order for us to file a claim with the pharmacy on your behalf, as stated in the pharmacy packaging, you are to reach out to the pharmacy with in 48 hours of receiving the medication. The information is on your packing label.
Even though it has been over a month since you received it, we would be happy to turn in a pharmacy claim on your behalf for them to investigate. You would be required to send in pictures of the all the packaging, the medication, including pictures of your label and lot number to BHH, as well as contact the pharmacy.

After years of struggling with fatigue, low energy, mood swings and every other symptom of peri you can think of I found Balanced Hormone Health. I reached out and quickly got an order for labs and shortly after receiving results I had a telehealth visit with a nurse practitioner. She listened to all of my concerns and recommended her treatment plan. She quickly responds to any and all questions and I'm finally feeling like a normal human! BHH had also been very helpful and accommodating when my FSA card wouldn't go through the website and invoiced me a different way to make my life way easier. 100% recommend!

The teledoc nurse made sure she answered ALLLLL the questions I came armed with for our call 😂 trust me it was a lot. Then when I received my order I was concerned that there was a mistake - I sent a chat message and in less than 4 hours I was on the phone with the most helpful customer service rep who again took all the time I needed to feel comfortable. I have recommended this business several times to friends.

The customer service from BHH is unmatched. Have a question? They're there to answer each time within 24hrs. They truly care about each of their patients. My weight loss journey couldn't have been possible without them and their guidance down 30 lbs! They also give all of the info you need about their medications before you order on their site!

Purchased terzepitide through Empower Pharmacy as this was supposed to be the best pharmacy. Then to learn that they are Involved in a lawsuit for these products. I honestly do not feel that my product was authentic. I have only lost 7 pounds in four months and I don’t believe it was from the medication., just lifestyle change. They should not be advertising to purchase through these companies that do not sell authentic products

Update: I received the information, I think there was a miscomputation so I'm going with three stars to see how everything goes. I'm giving one star because, I had the telehealth appointment and everything seemed well. Everything was explained about the medication and how to take it. I couldn't wait to get started. I was told I would get an email about getting started and ordering medication and payment, it's been over a week and nothing. They have my medical history, and I think my S.S.# If this is how they conduct business, I don't know if it's legit or not.
