Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Les chambres sont confortables et les 3 salles de bain facilitent grandement l’organisation quand on est nombreux ! L’arrivée était facile et Alex a été très agréable dans la communication, un grand merci pour tout !

Appartement idéalement situé proche du métro et beaucoup de chose accessible à pied. Très lumineux. Nous y avons séjourné pour un voyage en famille. Nous avons apprécié la grande pièce de vie pour les petits déjeuners tous ensemble, le fait qu'il y ait 3 salles de bain est confortable pour 10 personnes, chambre indépendante pour chaque famille.Très agréable séjour à Porto chez Alex et Mario qui sont des hôtes réactifs. Mise à disposition de matériel pour bébé (lit parapluie et chaise haute)Seul bémol lié à son emplacement en carrefour : le bruit de la circulation.

Overall, I think this place is spacious and quite pleasant. It’s also conveniently located, about a 15-minute walk from the city center. However, there were several issues that affected my experience.First, the code provided for check-in was incorrect. I spent around 10 minutes at the door trying to figure it out. After calling the host three times, I finally reached them and received a new code. Unfortunately, when I opened the lockbox, there was no key inside—it turned out the cleaner had it and later brought it to me.Second, there wasn’t a single trash bin in the entire room. I had to improvise by using a plastic bag from the supermarket as a makeshift bin, which is far from ideal.Another inconvenience was the lack of a power outlet near the bed. The only socket was by the door, making it quite impractical to charge devices comfortably.Finally, despite sending a message to ask about check-out details, the host never responded.In short, while the apartment itself has strong

☺ Location was okay and host was good at advising.
☹ Lots of building work going on around apartment making it very noisy. View from balcony was a multi-storey carpark. Livingroom ok but small TV and dampness on one of the walls. Lot's of long hairs on tiles in showeroom. Kitchen cupboards/drawers very smelly under sink area and didn't have a toaster which seemed strange. Bathroom with bath was obviously painted with non bathroom paint as it is peeling away.

Le logement bénéficie d’un emplacement vraiment idéal, très pratique pour se déplacer et profiter des environs, ce qui est un vrai point positif.Cependant, notre séjour a été un peu terni par deux points importants : le chauffage ne s’est pas mis en route, ce qui a rendu l’appartement assez inconfortable, et le niveau de propreté à notre arrivée n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.Avec une meilleure attention portée à ces aspects, ce logement pourrait offrir une expérience beaucoup plus agréable.Je remercie Alex pour s’être déplacé afin de nous remettre le lit parapluie.
