I have been with BA Finance since as FTB (2017) and it is my 8th year now. Brad has been instrumental in assisting me to obtain the best deal he could possibly get when it comes to mortgage and re-mortgage. He explains very well when you don't understand certain terms - the mortgage jargons. He engaged throughout the whole process, kept me up to date and sent clear choices, respective calculations and what would suit me the best. To test the waters, on two separate occasions, I went to other mortgage brokers - one from Moneybox and the other from YourMortgage, which if you check on their reviews, you will note that they have very high and reputable reviews. Neither brokers could beat the rate Brad has found - they could match, but not beat. I was transparent with him too, regarding searching for other deals through other brokers and he was totally supportive about it as that allows him to also know if he is competitive in the market, which he is. Why would I go with another broker when Brad has done all the hard work to find the right rate? I have recently completed my remortgage with Brad, with limited time and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend his service which is professional and met by the guidelines set by Financial Conduct Authorities.
