The staff is first rate, professional, punctual, flexible. The container itself - sat outside our home for 8 months January - August, holding a lot of our furniture, some antique, through some very extreme weather and temperatures. Everything came out of that container just as good as it went in. We will happily work with Badger Box again!

Sean, thank you so much for the kind review. We often get asked about how safe contents are inside our storage containers (especially during the summer months with the humidity we get here in the Wilmington area), so your review is a great testament to the features and care we put into our boxes to help keep whatever is stored inside safe and secure! We look forward to any opportunity to work with you again in the future!

We do not have a record of this individual as a customer, nor have we been contacted by any customers with issues with our services. If this is a legitimate review we ask that you please contact our office so we can address any concerns. If not we ask that you please remove this review as we have worked hard over the years to maintain our perfect 5 star rankings.

Also the pricing this reviewer listed is far more than our pricing for local moving. Perhaps this individual has the wrong company. Our pricing is available on our website.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible experience with Badger Box in Wilmington, NC! Zak and Barry were an absolute dream to work with from beginning to end. They dropped the storage box off at our home five months before our move, giving us all the time we needed to pack at our own pace instead of rushing. Once we were ready, all it took was a quick phone call, and they picked it up, safely stored it for the entire five months, and then delivered it right around the closing of our new home when we were ready for it. The entire process was seamless, stress-free, and so convenient during what can be an overwhelming time. Zak and Barry were professional, friendly, punctual, and handled everything with care. If you’re moving, building a home, renovating, or just need temporary storage, I can’t recommend Badger Box enough. This was hands down one of the easiest parts of our move. Thank you, Zak and Barry, for making such a stressful season so much easier!

Excellent service and easy to use. Scheduling the service, the delivery and pick up of the box was on time and efficient. When we needed to have it delivered back to our location they were very easy to work with and meet our delivery requirements. I would recommend them as a best in class in this service offering.

Dealing with Zach and Badger box was a great experience. The clear communication and pricing by Zach was just what I needed. The box was delivered on time as promised. the container was placed exactly where I wanted it by Barry and he insured I was happy before he left. The container was clean and ready to load up. I like the construction of the Badger Box and the security features. I felt my belongings were safe as they could be. The month contract was perfect for me as it allowed me to take my time unloading and repopulating my garage. I appreciate the communication with Zach and the Quoting and invoicing process was clear and timely. Overall just a great experience with Badger Box. I will use them gain for sure and recommend them Badger Box to anyone. Thanks Zach and team for a great service!!!
