My desktop machine for my personal corporation turned 12 years old this year and I wanted to upgrade before I encountered any hardware problems. Brett and Philip helped me design a custom system that met all my needs. They even figured out how to make some old but mission critical software continue working on the new machine although it's no longer supported. That was a lifesaver. The B2 is great at supporting businesses with their technology and phone systems no matter if it's in a formal office environment or a remote workforce or a hybrid. They are very supportive of the community through their activities in the chamber of commerce and more.

I was amazed when we had an IT issue that finally I had an IT Company that could just log in and fix our issues remotely. I use to have to wait for days for our previous company to have someone come to our office and address issues. Then when he would leave different issues popped up from him making changes, sometimes programs were no longer accessible so then I would have to call and reschedule him to come back. I am so happy that I do not have to do that any longer. It is so nice to be able to log a ticket and have someone address the issue in minutes instead of days. Not only do they resolve my current issue they make suggestions to improve efficiency, accessibility, and ease of use for my Staff. My Staff is thrilled!

B2 Solutions has been a lifesaver for our business! These guys are the best. We run a big facility and everyone expects the internet to run fast and smooth so whenever we have an issue, we call B2 Solutions. They are prompt, reliable, and extremely knowledgable. Brandon has always done excellent work solving any problem we've had and is easy to talk to and professional. How many computer guys can do that?! We will be using B2 Solutions for all our internet needs as we upgrade in the next few months!

Back in July we moved our business location and B2 Solutions came in prior to the move and met with us and we came up with a game plan; what day and time they would be moving us, what equipment we were thinking about replacing, and new computers being added. The quote was reasonable. They showed up on time, removed all equipment, delivered to new location, installed along with new equipment, and had us up and running all in the same day. Rob Reilly continues with us as our support tech, problem solver extraordinaire. When we need him he can usually can solve anything remotely but when we do need him on site, he is always here in a timely fashion. They also are in charge of our back up and monthly monitoring, very reasonable I might add. I would absolutley recommend them for all your technology needs.
