At B. Ice Cream, we craft both authentic ice cream (made with milk/cream and sometimes egg yolk, slow-churned for a creamy, dense texture) and refreshing sorbet (100% fruit, dairy-free, bright, and light). Everything is made on site, artisanally, and clearly labeled with our 'DAIRY ICE CREAM' or 'DAIRY-FREE SORBET' icons.

We invite you to speak with our team on your next visit, or try our true ice cream flavors like Dark Chocolate 62% or Pistachio. We're confident you'll find that nothing pretends here – each recipe proudly owns its craft. We'd love the chance to change your perception!

이틀 연속 먹은 아이스크림 가게에요! 흰색은 코코넛맛 보라색은 우베 맛이에요 우베 맛은 다른 맛보다 조금 더 비싸지만(아마도 20페소 차이!)우베 맛으로 드세용! 진짜 맛있어요!!!

I can definitely see that the owners are listening to the reviews posted here when I arrived. Such a big improvement. Love their ice cream! Doesn’t have freezer burn and is actually creamy. Ordered their black sesame and ube and loved how that it’s not as sweet and really brings out their flavor. The staff mentioned that I can do a free taste on the ones I wanted which I really appreciate. I bought the chocolate cone but I think it’s okay to just purchase the regular cone since it didn’t add anything additional on my ice cream. Still, highly recommend and would love to try the other flavors soon.

A Sweet Experience Made Sweeter by Cathy and Mary Grace During our recent visit to Moalboal, we had the pleasure of indulging in some incredible ice cream, sorbets, and pastries but what truly elevated the experience was the outstanding service from the staff, particularly Cathy and Mary Grace. From the moment we walked in, their warm smiles and genuine passion for customer care were evident. Despite the challenging conditions inside the shop caused by the intense humidity and the heat from the dessert making equipment they remained cheerful, attentive and dedicated to making sure every guest felt welcome and satisfied. The desserts themselves were delightful refreshing, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The sorbets were especially perfect for the tropical climate. But what stood out most was how Cathy and Mary Grace went the extra mile to make our visit enjoyable, even while clearly working in a tough environment. It’s worth noting that the shop would greatly benefit from better ventilation or air conditioning. The staff work hard under very hot conditions due to the waffle machines, freezers and other equipment. Ensuring a more comfortable workspace would not only support these amazing team members but also enhance the overall experience for customers.
