The handyman arrived on time for the on-site assessment. He was courteous, respectful of our tenant's space, and thorough in examining the sliding door. The assessment fee was reasonable, and we appreciated the transparent explanation of the costs involved.

To his credit, the manager was responsive but we had a poor experience with a kitchen painting and bath regrouting job with them. They botched the regrouting job, twice (!), and then gave up and said can't do it and left me with a mess. The kitchen painting job was messy, with zero prepping and taping and lots of mistakes.
