Dr. Alok Ahlawat is, without a doubt, the best dentist I've ever had.
I started having complications with a root canal and crown that I had done a couple of years ago in Georgia. After being transferred to Arizona for work, the tooth became infected and started causing problems. I called Dr. Ahlawat's office and was able to get an appointment the very same day.
After taking X-rays, Dr. Ahlawat determined that the previous root canal had failed and the tooth needed retreatment. I was worried I'd have to wait days or even weeks for the procedure and continue dealing with the pain, but he reassured me that he could take care of it immediately.
That same day, Dr. Ahlawat performed the root canal on one of my back molars. The procedure took about an hour, and I experienced virtually no pain or complications. He prescribed the appropriate antibiotics and pain medication and made sure I knew exactly what to expect during recovery.
What really sets Dr. Ahlawat apart is the level of care he and his staff provide. They didn't just perform the procedure and send me on my way, they followed up multiple times afterward, including several days later, to make sure I was healing properly and wasn't experiencing any issues.
I've seen dozens of dentists throughout my life, especially because I travel frequently for work, and Dr. Alok Ahlawat is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. His professionalism, skill, bedside manner, and genuine concern for his patients are second to none.
If you're having any dental issues, complications from previous work, or just need a dentist you can trust, I highly recommend Dr. Alok Ahlawat and his team. They are outstanding

After being a loyal patient for over 10 years, I’ve decided to leave this practice because I no longer feel respected. During my last visit, my hygienist wasn’t there, and the dentist performed an uncharacteristically rough exam without even giving me the cleaning I came for. It was a complete waste of my time, and I had to go elsewhere to actually get my teeth cleaned. I’ve since found a new dentist who is not only gentler but also more affordable. After all of this, I still got a bill from them. And again, I never got my teeth cleaned, which was what my appointment was for. I was happy here for a very long time. Sad to leave.

Came in for a cleaning and was very pleased with how everything went! Friendly/knowledgeable staff who were honest and made my teeth sparkly clean.
Waiting room/ cleaning area was very nice and comfortable.
Highly recommend!

This was the only dentist around that would see me same day for a tooth extraction. I have a lot of anxiety going to dentist but they made me feel so comfortable. They explained everything, answered every question and it went so smoothly. The dentist even answered my call after hours and answered all my questions again. I just had my follow up and everything is healing and feels much better. Would highly recommend.

It had been quite a while since my last dental visit—and to be honest, I’ve never been a big fan of going. That said, the team at Arizona Dental Heights completely changed my experience. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, non-judgmental, and made me feel comfortable despite my years of neglect.
They put together a clear, thoughtful treatment plan, and for the first time in a long time, I feel like I can actually see a path forward. The technology they use is also impressive and really improves the overall experience.

Lynzee was fantastic. I had an emergency dental issue she got me in immediately. Within the hour. The Dr Ahlawat was great and friendly. I would definitely recommend them and I will repeat with them. You guys were fantastic.

I had a great experience at this dental office. I was taken right away with virtually no wait time, which I really appreciated. The doctor was personable, easy to talk to, and I genuinely enjoyed our conversation about Hawai’i during the appointment. The cleaning was thorough and efficient, and even the filling was completed quickly and smoothly. Everything felt well-organized and professional.
