By a long shot, AZCCW's online certification course was the most informative, engaging and relevant permit certification class I've ever taken. The fact that it is taught by a practicing attorney who specializes in firearms-related law, and who is also a competitive shooter, adds gravitas to the presentation & information. The three hours of training flew by; I never felt bored, disinterested, or that the information wasn't materially important to real-life personal and legal considerations of carrying concealed.
The "concierge" permit application service was also top-notch, and absolutely worth the additional cost if you're interested in minimizing possible frustrations and/or delays in being approved for a license.
I watched the online videos over the course of a weekend, spoke with Lea - the exceptionally professional and personable AZCCW concierge service liaison I worked with - the following Monday, had digital fingerprints taken Tuesday, and on Wednesday received AZDPS confirmation that my permit application had been processed and approved, and that I'd be receiving my license in about a week. That is...simply amazing, considering state- and federal-level coordination is involved.
Thank you AZCCW for the most enjoyable, informative, and stress-free permit application & licensing process I've ever gone through!

Absolutely top-tier professionalism! The folks at AZ CCW Online know their stuff and made the entire process seem effortless. Tim Forshey is a phenomenal presenter and the class went by quickly, thoroughly and was really informative. I learned far more than I thought I would. Lea at the Concierge Service was on top of all the details, explained my responsibilities, provided quick and accurate answers and expedited the completed application and fingerprinting. The total timeline from the first online course to receiving approval of my CCW permit was four days. Hat tip and kudos to all the staff of AZ CCW Online!

AZ CCW online, so helpful and obtaining my permit the 3 hour course was very informative on gun safety and help me understand the laws and responsibility of being a gun owner.( Lea ) was very helpful and submitting my application and other necessary paperwork to a department of public safety of Arizona. For those who want to obtain a CCW permit I would take the online course

This was my first time doing an online CCW renewal class and I was impressed. I appreciated the first hand experience and knowledge that John shared - especially beneficial was the fear based response instruction and detailed commentary of his stories. I do not feel there was anything lacking from an actual in person class (as a renewal) because they are available if you needed to reach out for questions - and there is still an opportunity at the range portion. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I can definitely recommend AZCCW without hesitation to anyone considering CCW in Arizona or anywhere else. I purchased the non-resident package because I live in a state (NJ) that is difficult or almost impossible to obtain CCW. I was very happy with the online course. It was very well narrated and easy to follow. When I completed the video portion, I then used the full concierge service. I am so glad that I did because I know I would have screwed up something along the way. The communication and service with Lea was fantastic and simple. She did literally everything and kept in constant contact through every step with phone calls, texts and emails. After everything was submitted and fingerprints were done, I got a a phone call and email approval from AZDPS in 24 hours! I know they can't guarantee to always get approval that fast but I can say for sure it would have taken a lot longer without their concierge service. Thank you so much for such a pleasant and easy experience.

Everyone down here has been awesome! They both helped me out tremendously from start to finish. I work out of state alot and was able to catch them at thier Las Vegas location. It took me no time to do their A+course, interview, and for them to submit paperwork. I ended up having to submit extra paperwork that took alot longer than the normal time. Lea made sure to help me through the whole process. Ensuring me that how ever long it takes they will get it done. Even offering to hand deliver my paperwork for me since I was out of town working! I've already recommend them to more people an will continue to do so! I also will be doing continuing education with them as well.

At 73… Once I took the class and passed the test (100% I might add), I signed for the concierge service. I believe it saved me hours and missteps. Lea walked me through the process.How did I do? Monday-Tuesday for class and test, Wednesday for application (thanks Lea), Thursday was fingerprint day. Friday got the following phone message. I left date in.
Now for the Holy Grail-California!

This was a very knowledgeable course online. I am a non-resident applicant but I am well experienced in gun safety. The information was very useful. I am very satisfied with the 3 hour course. I also paid for them to file my paperwork with Arizona Police department. It was well worth it. The thing I really had to do was a 15 minute call and get my electronic fingerprints. After that, make a call in a few days to AZPD.
Lea was the person who help me with the entire process. She was awesome and answered any questions or concerns.
I would recommend this for anyone looking to get their Arizona ccw and is no a resident of that state.
