I had my first visit at this office and it did not disappoint. The ladies at the front office are very friendly and kind. It’s a small office but it feels so personable. As someone who had a traumatizing experience as a child with a dentist, I tend to get very tense during visits. The assistant who took my X-rays was kind and gentle. I wish I remembered her name but I was trying to focus on staying calm lol. The hygienist, Martin was very kind and would ask me if I was doing okay while he was cleaning my teeth. As for Dr. Grady, you can tell she truly loves what she does. She took the time to talk to me about concerns I had, was personable and you can tell everyone in the office works well together which as a patient makes you feel like you are in good hands. I am glad to have found a new home for my dentals needs!
The front desk staff, dental assistants, and Dr. Grady were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated being scheduled immediately for my emergency. They worked carefully with my phobias and it was appreciated.

Dr. Grady is very good major amount of detail. And spends a lot of time with you and explains things as she goes. I can’t speak high enough about her. She puts a lot of pride in her work and it shows. She really cares about her patience. Each and every one of them.

Oh my goodness! What a wonderful experience! It has been years since I went to the dentist! What am incredible team of professionals that took such good care of me! I would highly recommend. Beautiful facility, and gracious, kind and experienced employees! So many little touches that took away any anxiety. Highly recommend!

First time at AZ Den. Very receptive from the front door to the chair. Relaxing, kind atmosphere. Intake personnel very friendly The Denist was also friendly & cordial, explaining my teeth’s condition thoroughly & what each step, if necessary, would be.
Very clean office throughout.
Felt quite comfortable thoroughout the xtay & cleaning procedures.
My teeth have found a home!!
