Never visit this clinic for Shirodhara.. lights on my head were switched off after asking.. the oil temperature was completely normal which I couldn’t feel until I asked for warm oil.. some container was filling with water in the same room which was disturbing.. only after asking the water tap got closed.. the soothing music was playing on you tube where adds coming in every 7-8 minutes.. they couldn’t even play a consistent music that can relax a person while having Shirodhara.. and lastly during head massage they won’t even ask you to remove your earrings if they are planning to massage back head covering ears.. don’t go even for trial…

I visited Dr. Narendra Shekade at Ayush Ayurved Clinic, Pune for severe back pain and sciatica that had been troubling me for months. I was advised for surgery by orthopaedic surgeon. But I dint want to go for surgery. After proper diagnosis, he recommended a 21 day Panchakarma treatment with combination of Kati Basti and Pinda Swedan. To my surprise, the results were incredible! The pain reduced significantly within a few days, and by the end of 21 days, I had complete relief — no more radiating leg pain or stiffness. No painkillers, no side effects. Dr. Shekade is very knowledgeable, listens patiently, and explains everything in detail. His clinic is clean, well-maintained, and the therapy staff is professional and caring.
