This is my husband and I's first home. We have little to no guidance and so I showed up with a huge 4 page printed paper with all of our worries. The inspector took his time to read it and answer my questions, at the end of the inspection he even went through it with me and gave me some advice! I will absolutely use this company again when we do our changes and upgrades to the home.

Dave did a thorough job covering the property and the house. He noted small details for the builder to address. Dave explained what he was looking for and explained the importance of each item. Even through the house passed the county inspection, it gives us great piece of mind to know there is someone who is looking out for our sole best interests.
