I’m so grateful I found this clinic. I originally came in for fertility support after going through a very difficult journey with pregnancy loss and IVF, and from my very first appointment I felt genuinely listened to and cared for.
What I appreciate most is how individualized everything feels. My treatments are tailored to where I am in my cycle and what my body needs at that time, rather than feeling like a one-size-fits-all approach. They’ve also taken the time to talk with me about nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and things I can realistically incorporate at home.
The acupuncture itself has become something I genuinely look forward to. The environment is calming, I never feel rushed, and I leave feeling incredibly relaxed. I’ve also had gua sha done for my neck and back, which was amazing.
Fertility can be such an overwhelming and clinical experience, especially after loss, so having a place where I feel supported as a whole person has meant a lot to me. I’m still early in my journey with them, but I already feel very comfortable and confident in the care I’m receiving. I would absolutely recommend this clinic, especially to anyone looking for acupuncture as part of their fertility journey.

First, I love that Axelrad always tries their best to set appointments that work with my schedule. And, they place me on the wait-list if more suitable time slots become available.
Secondly, I like the fact that they take the time listen and notate all my concerns and needs before each and every appointment. They've placed me on a healthier diet plan that will help me reach my goal and ease discomfort. Not only that, they've given me reference to helpful supplements and vitamins that have been life changing which helped improve my quality of life.
Before Axelrad, I had the WORST, debilitating and excruciating menstrual cramps which would have me vomiting and in pain for several hours. However, Axelrad has provided me with some herbal supplements that have really helped me get through the first few days of my menstrual cycle.
