Had windows installed approximately 6 mos ago. Ran into a minor issue last week and within 2 days they were out and fixed the problem. The guy drove 50 min and it took only 5 to fix it! I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Great installation and great service!

Great customer service and easy to work with. They replaced all 17 windows with the hurricane impact windows, and they arrived at 9:45 in the morning, and they were done by 2:00. They cleaned up everything, they were very friendly, and we were very satisfied.

Excellent product, excellent installation and exceptionally neat crew. Second time using them. Once in previous home and current home. Obviously we were pleased and even recommended to other customers. No pressure to buy. Quote was honored almost a year later. Excellent product, excellent installation and very neat crew both inside and out. Highly recommend high impact, hurricane wind resistant windows as upgrade over just double pain. Wish I had done that at my old home. No need to fight with getting protection installed at last minute during hurricane season, (presuming you can find anyone to install and take down after threat is gone). Good luck with that.

We had AWP replace over 30 windows in our home in 2017. That job was completed with no issues and we have been very happy with the results. Recently we had AWP come back and replace a couple of windows that were not part of their original scope. They were able to match the windows from our first order and this second job was also completed without any problems. In both cases the AWP work teams were courteous and efficient leaving nothing for us to clean up after they were gone. Overall, we are very satisfied with AWP and would recommend them to others.

I would absolutely recommend AWP. Mike came and quoted us for all of our windows. They were fairly priced and we respect that he didn't try to pressure us like most salesmen do. Honestly, the product speak for itself. They're beautiful, they're energy efficient, they have different ways you can open the windows and their warranty is pretty fair. We decided to do all of our windows in two phases and both times the windows arrived in a timely manner and Joe & Juniors crew of installers did a great job. They were very respectful of our home. Our 1950s home had really old wooden windows that were painted shut and our windows would stink every time it rained, so I am so glad those old windows are gone. Our home finally got the facelift she deserved. No more stinky windows in this house. Super grateful.

I don't think 5 stars is enough for the team at AWP; from the team of installers, to the window manufacturer, to the owner, hands down the best experience our family has had with contractors. We have a special needs daughter who requires oxygen, and they took that to heart. They cleaned and installed, covering all of her medical devices and the room with drop cloths to minimize dust. In total, we had 24 windows installed, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks, AWP, you have made a customer for life!
