Everyone was very nice, my only issue was that I should have been told up front that if you are a smoker that you cannot participate in our study. I drove in from Taylorsville and was at office for over an hour. That wasted gas my time and their time.

This requires the in-person interview. I am currently 2 months out from surgery and could not be more pleased with the results. I am so pleased with my results from Dr. Samuels. I have had work done by plastic surgeons in the past before moving to Louisville. Dr. Samuels is among the best, truly. She ranks right up there as one the nation's top plastic surgeons and we are lucky to have her in our community. In addition to being board certified, she is so refined and precise in her surgical methods. She pays attention to every little detail--some things you may not have even thought about. And, this is just what you are looking for when seeking a surgical option to reverse the wraths of aging. She gave me an end result that is natural and just what I had hoped for. And her staff are friendly, responsive, helpful, and accommodating. If you don't understand something, they will talk with you until you do. And repeat it if you need to be told again. BE SURE to read and follow all of the instructions and do's and don'ts in the surgical packet. It's a lot, but if you want a good end result, you have to do your part. I am so pleased, and would do it again. Ladies, You have found the right place for you!

Heather was very good easing my nerves about today’s appt! It is obvious that she is knowledgeable and experienced and put me at ease. The actual procedure was as comfortable as it could have been! Also the receptionist, I am sorry I did not get her name, was very easy to talk with and she also made me comfortable before the procedure.
